Quick poll on a few products not available from V4L. Please answer each question and share your comments after the poll (3 questions)

A) I like Val's vintage icon enough to:

  1. Definitely purchase a frameable poster of it for $20 or less
  2. Maybe purchase a frameable poster of it.
  3. I don't like it and would definitely not want to buy this product.

B)I would spend competitively priced V4L logo organizers such as: (choose 1 and only if you would definitely purchase from 1 grouping of items)

  1. Purse or for males a mucho-macho carry-all/fanny pack/tote/beach tote
  2. At-home storage box with(childproof) or without lock
  3. Desk or cabinet drawer supply organizer for all ur vaping stuff.

C) I like the idea of V4L t-shirts and tanktops enough that I would:
(guessing at costs and not including any sales because artwork and labelling various sizes, meeting regulations on fireproof clothes, tags w/ washing instruction(guys don't need this info but has to be there) make anything less a loss to V4L)

  1. Definitely purchase 1-2 @$10 ea.
  2. Definitely purchase more than 5-10 @$10 each
  3. Don't like the idea and would not purchase t-shirts or tanktops from V4L.

D)I like the idea of V4L logo transfers for DIY projects (ie - decorating a mug or glass, a plain t-shirt, workout wear or for temporary tatoos) I would...
(Please put the max amt you would spent in your comments)

  1. Definitely purchase V4L transfer designs regularly.
  2. Definitely purchase V4L transfer designs rarely or just for special ocassions.
  3. I would never purchase V4L transfer designs when I can use a perma marker to write V-4-L on anything! Dumb idea!

Thank-you for participating in this poll. Pls remember to add your comments on these items and costs. (There are two other open threads for product suggestions - not censoring anyone but other product suggestions would bump those threads back up and make it easier for staff to read new suggestions) This is explicitly to help determine amongst us if some suggestions might be reasonably doable based on demand.

Thanks for keeping it cool!

Have a great weekend and happy :vapor::vapor::vapor:

somewhere out there......
yes to

B) 2

I would defiantly get one if it looks sweet... not some plastic do dah box.... I mean the works... I need place for each of these items...
  • batteries....
  • cartos....and a place for my extra just in case I run out spot for cartos.....
  • eliquid (holds up to 5 bottles)
  • charger and have the ability to charge the battery from that spot...cord going out the back
not worried about the lock no need for it.

If this can be done I would get one in a heart beat... :vapor:

Okay, I don't know what the vintage logo looks like so I cannot really answer the first question. However, I would definitely like an at home storage box - something that has slots and spaces and such. I would also probably buy one or two shirts if the design was something I like. You would have to carry plus sizes though because I am a big person. I might buy a transfer if it was under $5.

Here's a view of Val's avatar, from her old/new(?) website, that I'm referring to. (Please keep in mind when Val had this one active on ecf it didn't have the twitter on it or Vaping Valerie along the bottom. It was a perfect square much larger and you could see the iron and ironing board (what 'she's' doing and why the dogs are on the clothes line) that doesn't show on this one).

Vapin' Valerie

At the same time, BornAgainst had a vintage 'hero saves femme in distress' style avatar (I couldn't find that one-I did a V4L Google image search) that was moon blue tone 40's style.

I just love styles from that era and if they'd make them, I'd buy both and frame them. I'm obviously alone in my opinion on this.

I can't find transfer paper for crafts (blank) for under $14 for 5 sheets ON SALE anywhere! Even stickers out here are approx $5 for two sheets of 10/per sheet and go up from there if they have glitter or are 3-D stickers - 1 plastic sticker for $5 a pop. Where do you shop where you can buy transfer paper so cheap cause while if they'd let me, I'd rather make a his/hers mug set & t-shirts with Val's and Born's previous ecf avatars, the transfer paper alone, is just too much! One glitch while printing and those five sheets are wasted. Stuff like that, I take hard photos to pro-shops so don't do that myself very often. I'd more rather have the posters and would try transfers for temp tatoos, just for fun, yet have seen temp tatoo transfer paper anywhere!

Val/Bornagainst, if you'd like to make a one time poster set 4 me, (it's Sat the 14th ) please pm me. ....Maybe willbeein would like them? (I'd like a storage box if it they had one of the graphics on the top, lol!)

Otherwise, I'm going back to poster, tote, tanktop vintage sandmanland for now. ....It took soooo long for that Google search I wore myself out silly!

You have to have a very high-resolution copy of a pic to turn it into a poster, and most found-on-the-web pics would definitely not cut the mustard for high res printing... for one thing. Also, I have no idea where she got the pic, but unless she staged and snapped it herself, there's a very good chance neither she, nor V4L owns the licensing rights to distribute / reprint the image for sale. And unless its a royalty-free stock image (which is possible, but I didn't find it with a couple quick searches on standard stock sites), print for resale licensing fees could be huge. Just tossing that out there

Storage cases with compartment sizes perfect for vape stuffs would be cool. Although like many, I just grabbed a tackle box which does quite well for the purpose - the compartment sizes could be better though, and I guess I'd consider one if its designed very well

It's actually a modern photo (2008), the rights owned by a studio called "Glebawood" and entitled "Bath Day". The photographer, Kassandra, may be reached at: igollka [AT] yandex.ru

It's kinda like "the 1st and only..." - which is neither the first nor the only, being dramatically predated by at least 41 other sites... Every time my eye mistakenly skims over that claim, I just want to punt someone.

I'm redecorating and would love to go 40's retro though I do get your point. I like unusual posters and out here, celeb posters are easy to find and inexpensive but not unusual for posters. (If I could afford fine art, this would be easy!) Ya, the main thing is vaping though I'm never going to get those two avatars out of my head as just 2cool but it would be a PITA for staff especially w/ all those fees and for 1 person, lol! (Maybe after they make the V4L movie....;))

A drawer organizer would be useful but I doubt that's going to happen either. Technically, there's a million drawer organizers/space savers but what surprised me is how many people posted t-shirts as a suggestion on the other 2 threads and nadda, comparatively speaking, here.

The quality of the King cases (2 batts w/ 4 slots for carts) is outstanding. I still want to get one of Leaford's Lanyards totally conflicting with my wanting an auto shorty so I can see where a carry-all box (the ladies might not want to walk around with something that looks like a tackle box) would come in handy. I'm not so worried about the quality factor but it would take some doing to make a gender-neutral design then add color choices.

It's really fascinating to read everyone's various reactions to just a few suggestions.

(I think I'm going to end up at Walmart looking for 'fine art' posters and make-up cases & keep on vaping so also get the 'no to all' responses - more $ for juice and new/practical stuff) :vapor::vapor::vapor:

Thanks to everyone for making this thread informative and fun! :)
