V4L issues... rant, plee for help!

My order is slowish too, I ordered 2 fridays ago. I was expecting it here thursday morning, but then in the evening we had a fast moving storm, and the post office was rendered powerless. I suspect my order is in there somewhere. Now my next hope is monday, 10 days after the priority mail order was placed.

Yep I read where it was being moved to. Would have posted it here anyway but with me being new, didn't have a choice.

I thought SMILIN was the in charge guy!! thanks for confirming stephra

So sorry to hear about the problems others are having. When I was looking into this I didn't see hardly any negative feedback on v4l. I still have confidance that they will turn this around!

I do too!

Those of use that have been around here for some time, know if we have an issue, it will be taken care of. And it is! That's probably why you haven't seen much negative feedback about V4L.

I've had a non-threading carto a time or two (it's bound to happen as these things are mass produced in China), but something like that I don't even reported to CS (you have every right to though, you paid for it). I've gotten so many cartos over the past 10 months as freebies with my orders, I'm fine with it. And I can usually get them to work on one device or another.

If I received the wrong item with my order, I got word to CS. The issue was promptly taken care of.

Just keep in mind with the customer service both Val and Ryan had to leave. They have a new customer service guy, Bobbysox, and I believe Leaford and Mark are helping with customer service issues. With the two sales we had recently, I am betting they are a tad bit behind, but rest assured they will take care of you. Try to refrain from PMing anyone because that often isn't the best form of contacting them. Also, don't reply to the confirmation email you got with your order. You have to email customer_service@vapor4life.com I believe that's the email:)

Just curious why Ryan left? I know Val had surgery but thought she would be returning???? What did customer service have to do with it? Just curious........

Just watched the whole video. I am sorry Ryan, that so much is going on where you are. It sucks when your country is being taken over. It's happening here also which I'm sure you know.

I will miss your great customer service and am sorry to see you go. You are the best!!!!!!

I found this forum shortly after hearing of ecigs for the first time. Did a little reading on here and decided to give this vaping a shot. V4L seemed to be really well liked so I placed my first order.

This is where the problems began.

My first order was placed useing a discount code for 21% off. I was being very tenative about this and ordered a pcc kit with the short batt. Some 24 mg carts. Order placed...recieved email of invoice...realized the discount code didn't give me 21% off but only 10%. Emailed customer service...still listening to the crickets.

Order arrived and I was impressed. Quality, speed of delivery all seemed great. Did think the carts were pretty harsh and did a little more reading to decide that I should have ordered a lower mg. No big deal, on to the next order.

Ordered a extra batt, some more carts and a value short kit. Had a new discount code and worked just fine! So excited when it arrived it was like Christmas. Then I realized the case that had came with the kit would not close. Not at all. It springs back open! So I emailed customer service again...cricket...cricket. No answer again!


Then tonight I may have reached the make it or break it point! Puffing on a 8mg blueberry and loving it! Plus I'm laying on my couch doing this, and since I didn't smoke in my house the vape is getting huge brownie points. So good in fact that I smoked my last annalog this morn and didn't buy anymore!! Then the vapor starts tasting burned, I figured I had just reached the end of that cart, grabbed a fresh one. Should have known something was wrong when I puffed and heard gurggle in stead of sizzle and got a good bit of liquid in my mouth. So I get another cart... cant even get it to fit on the end of the batt!!! I do remember seeing a vid on the V4L site about this so I gotta go check that out. Third Cart, gurggle gurggle AGAIN!

So at this point, I'm out of cigs, My carts won't work, customer service won't return my emails, and I feel like I've been had. Oh and I'm broke from how much I spent on this in the last two weeks!!

you know what? i just want to know the status of my order.
the last time i had this trouble it was the same excuse "we are busy"
fair enough.

i placed my order on june 18, and NOTHING not even the confirm email ..

so come one folks. i will give you guys 24 hours to get back to me, as this is ridiculous already. i don't want to switch companies, but there is a new canadian one that is looking promising....

don't let me down .. ok?

So.. Val is not w/V4L anymore!!! ????? What gives ...PM me if you would rather!

... V4L has an excellent reputation and I have had excellent experience with their customer service in the past... that said, I do believe they are experiencing some growing pains... and every now and then someone slips through the CS net ... don't give up yet, please ... Especially on vapeing in general !!
