V4L: Multiple Flavors

I received my order today of Doc Pepper and a WOW Mixed Berry Sampler.

Totally disappointed.

Of the flavors in the sampler: Cordial Cherry, Apple Cinnamon Cranberry, Sour Cherry, Kiwi Apple, and Razzwow.... the only one that was remotely tasty was the Razzwow... and it's not one I will order again.

The Doc Pepper, oh man. I ordered a 30ml bottle because Dr. P is my hubby's favorite drink and I thought it would be nice for him to have one that tasted close. Not close at all. I threw away the first carto I filled because I thought it was burnt..No, that's just how it taste.

I can't say that I'll be purchasing liquids from V4L anytime again in the near future. Sorry guys.

I haven't liked 5 out of the last 5 I have ordered.
I sold 3 but am going to try and make the latest 2 taste better with FA Coffee flavoring.
All I really like are the ones I make myself so I don't know why I keep ordering.

Well, I thought being a well known company, that the liquids would be at least decent. Oh man, that's what I get for assuming anything. I'm back to my Peach Brandy from Velvet Vapors. Much better.

I love V4L for their blank cartos and hardware but only really LOVE 1 of their juices. V4L Wow Peppermint juice is head and shoulders above the rest. If you like minty, give it a try Can't stand any of the pre-filled cartos.

Ive bought alot of bad juice from other vendors but never felt the need to post about it.Its just a lesson learned in the fact that everyones taste is different and if there are juices out there that you like or make then thats what you should vape.Thats why there are so many different vendors so we can find the ones we like.Sorry it didnt work out for you.I hope you find some juices that you love.

reviews usually tell something about the flavors and why we didnt like them.So what was it that turned you off?

Actually, it can be useful to read negative reviews. Had anyone posted a negative review of the first vendor I purchased from, I might have looked into other options and saved myself almost $400.00 in gear and juice from that first order. Unfortunately, all I could find were fan boy love fests and as a Newbz, I made my purchase based on that.

Afterwords, when I said on these forums, 'hey, this ain't right', others came forward to say, 'yeah, had that same bad experience with said flavors/ equipment.

Luckily, I did find the combo that works for me.

While I haven't written any overly negative reviews at this point, if I do it's because I'm trying to help someone avoid the expensive lessons I endured. I'd like to hear more about the OP's opinion. He/she has already spent the money on a product and his/her opinion is part of a larger body of data on this website which is where I find info on what I may or may not purchase next.

TLDR; Bring on the reviews, good, bad, or ugly!

Its more than fine to do a negative review,but wheres the review?She didnt review the flavors.Were they weak?Too strong?Taste is subjective.Its not helpful to just say Yuck.Is it?

There wasn't any taste that seemed anything like it should...they all tasted like.. rubber? Have you ever put a rubber band or eraser from a pencil in your mouth and got that chalky rubber taste? That's exactly what they taste like. There may have been a -hint- and I mean a very very small hint of what it was supposed to have been... but other than that, no.

I really do hate writing something negative, but I want others to know. It wasn't just that I didn't like the flavor of the apple or the flavor of the whatever... it's that it didn't taste anything similar to it.

After writing my review, I read some others... which I should have done before I purchased anything... and they've said the same. One likened the flavor to a tire... and yeah, I totally see that.

I love Moch Frappa Capp and WOW Coffee. I am kind of addicted to both.

I really like the V4L Hilton and RY4. Wonderful TH and vapor in 18 nic level. I've stocked up on those two. The Razzwow was really good as well.

I don't really pay any attention to flavor reviews.....everyone tastes and smells things VERY VERY differently.....some people when they quit analogs start tasting flavors very quickly...others, it takes a long time....some of the reviews are from people who are still smoking and thus their tastes are still skewed as well.......It is one thing to note that you don't care for certain flavors or that "in your experience" they don't taste right, but to outright slam them as trash is just not right. I find flavors that I absolutely am tickled with and have my hubby try them and he makes the "I'm gonna puke" face.....it is just too subjective to go on a complete bashing spree.....you don't like a flavor, that is fine, but it is much more respectable and professional (for lack of the term I am looking for) to make note in ANY review that it is just your experience and that it may not be the same for everyone else.....just my
