V4L Premium cartos

So are these coolcarts taking the place of the regular premium cartos or can we still order the regular premiums?

from what i understand v4l has had premo carts in different resistance for a little while no specific label. i thought something was up when i had 2 packs of premo's one was really hot running the other one wasn't. I don't know if they are going to keep them specified or not , you ought to PM val .

I'd like to know too. I prefer the lower resistance version myself.
