So I see that v4l has an affiliate/wholesale program, but doesn't seem to have a list of affiliates. Is there any kind of list of where v4l products are sold at retail? I'm in southern california - any retailers there?

V4L isn't a franchise, so therefore, doesn't have information on anybody reselling their products. They also don't take a percentage of profits from the resellers, so it's unreasonable for them to expect a reseller to hold to any image standards. The affiliate/wholesale program is mostly for people who want to buy large orders and sell locally without contract.
tl;dr version - Sorry, no list. The only one I know personally is in the town I live in, which is probably a good 20 hour drive from SoCal.
