[The cold hard truth]

I was a customer at v4l for years and they are the worst. It says on some batteries that they have a 1 year warranty and with in one day they break and when you call them up or ship them in they say that they can not replace them . Or offer to give you a cheep batterie when your paying over $150.00 for a e-cig you should be able to get the same back for the warranty that's why they are that price but they end up trying to give you a bottle of juice like really ... I can get a better batterie for $50 and it will last for years but they have cheep batteries and are over priced if they stuck to there warranty it would be worth it but with that said I would not recommend them to anyone

I ordered a tobacco sampler of pre-filled cartomizers from them and when I tried them tonight 4 out of the 5 had no vapor or taste, and the 5th had practically no vapor, and leaked. I've never had a bad cart until tonight. 5 for 5 is just ridiculous.
