V4L you ....ED UP my order AGAIN!!!

I've been overlooking little mistakes with a bottle or two on my last couple orders b/c of all the freebies. But this is it!! I ordered three 5ml bottles of green tea as I am completely out, and one bottle of black tea which I have never tried. You sent me FOUR bottles of black tea. That's just this order. And I don't expect the freebies, but for the record the ONE 5ml extra I was sent does me no good.

MARK/STEVE I'm starting to feel like I'm having my mouth taped shut for the screw-ups b/c of the generosities. But if you want to keep me as a customer I want this fixed, the green tea (medium) 5mls are still posted on the site as available. I DONT CARE AS MUCH ABOUT FREE STUFF AS I DO ABOUT GETTING MY ORDER RIGHT.

Look, IK it's disappointing but s-_- does happen and humans aren't perfect.
You shouldn't have kept quiet. Freebies aren't meant to keep anyone quiet and you do the company a disservice by not letting them know when errors are made. They need to know to A. Fix it and B. To prevent them from happening again.

I've had an order where a product was missing before and all it took was a simple email to fix the problem.
I don't work for V4L just an honest opinion from someone who works in retail.

I ordered some juice a couple weeks ago. It was the right flavor,but wrong nic level. Thought I would trade it in the swap thread,but no takers. I figure all the freebies more than make up for the mistake.

I will in a bit if they don't see this. But I feel it beneficial to advertise this to the people on here. The last time this happened a note was left on the next order, and only one of the three mess up's was fixed. My brother who I've also introduced into this has had the same thing happen on his FIRST order. We both feel guilty about saying anything just because these guys are so damn nice.

I post this b/c I think some will agree w/ me. Steve's choice to send us freebies is his own. I have no reason to complain when my orders match the damn order forms. If you're out of stock I understand. But for less than the price of the three 5ml bottles i got you could have sent a me pack of cartos of the same flavor instead of assuming the single bottle I ordered closest to it must be my second favorite. I've never tried it, and while not terrible, it's not what I ordered.

Valerie is actually helping us with customer issues, and she can help you out. I'm sure we weren't out of stock, it was simply a mistake on your order. If we make mistakes, we take care of it.

yeah but it is getting more than disappointing when every order there is something wrong , even when they send replacements the product is crap again . v4l needs a better quality control . until I see that they have taken steps to correct this I will be going with a different supplier . I like v4l but I am not going keep having an order replaced 3 times to get it right , that does me or v4l any good . for instance i order cowboy carts and they have to be replaced twice for tasting like junk then v4l has lost money and then what you will see is marked up prices to get it straight or they will have to close shop due to profit loss . I myself am tired of ALL my orders being messed up and it takes a week or so to get it replaced . I can see 1 out of 3 orders maybe BUT NOT ALL OF THEM . I am currently looking for other suppliers and if they do not mess my orders up i will refer all the people i referred to v4l to them . I know people make mistakes but this is getting out of hand .

Rocks just posted above.Its never proper to rage unless your emails and PMs were ignored.If you have never complained then how is anyone to know that you have a problem?The customer service is great at V4L if you use it properly,for the record,any problem I have had has been more than taken care of.

psillyrabbit, I understand your frustration, but I'm not sure that your post is the best way to respond. People don't like feeling like they're being yelled at. Even if you are the customer, it's entirely possible not to mention proper to handle it in a civilized manner. Remember, we're all human, and we all make mistakes. I'm not affiliated with V4L apart from being a happy customer, but after reading a few posts like this I felt the need to respond.

Also, to anyone who thinks about posting a message like this, please let it sit for 30 minutes, come back, and think about how you would feel being on the receiving side.
