Hey Ray, if I were ordering just a carto punch, is there still a 7-10 day processing time? just wondering, as I've been told that your punches are really good and I kinda need it soonish. Thats what I get for buying the crappy smoktech punch, I guess.

Unfortunately, yes. The same wait applies because orders are processed in the order they are received. Since I'm mainly a tank maker, there's no other fair way to do it.

I got my beautiful 7ml purple Sidewinder today. When my husband asked me how I liked it, I had to tell him "it's just about the perfect tank." And it is. Thank you Ray. You just made my day.
I have a feeling that hubby and my sister will be ordering tanks soon, lol. Thank you for a great product that is so easy to use and yet looks stunning.

I lost one of the premium caps for my XL polypro tank. i was distraught, and hungover before catching a plane last week, was filling it, it flew and disaperared into the vortex that is my house. i seem to have terrible luck with losing my VVV gear!! fearing a permanent loss, i was about to purchase some caps. as a last ditch effort i swept under my stove to no avail, searched all the lower cabinets and nothing. finally i pulled out my fridge, an impossible distance for the cap to travel, but after being gone for 4 days i thought maybe the cats knocked it under. my efforts were rewarded as i located the missing cap, unscathed, under the fridge. and the tank survives, intact, and lives to vape another glorious day.
