I can remember some springs when all the snow was melting and people getting water in their basements and stuff. Not fun when you have alot of snow and flooding, etc. It was a few years back when some of the roads out by Richmond lake and things were flooded over I believe. My folks used to have a place on the way out to the lake. Hope you don't have to worry about flooding/water getting in....
Naaaa I live in a mobile home so no worries there. Yeah Im sure the area will see some flooding but thats an every year thing.

Well glad you don't have to worry Tommy and hope you don't see much more white stuff. :)

Starting to get the jetski's ready for the season. Need to charge up the batts, give em a good wash and maybe change the oil, plugs, etc. so they are ready to go. Won't be to long and the water temps will be about right. Looks like it is going to be mostly high 70's-80's for awhile. Few of my friends have already had theirs out but I prefer to wait till the water warms up abit more. :)

Spent the day in western Massachusetts, came home on the Mass Turnpike.. Airspace was closed over Boston we got passed by a large contingent of marked flashing State police cruisers escorting a couple of unmarked "special looking flown in for the occasion" type of vehicles, once we got past Westover airforce base. My guess is some bigshots got flown in to investigate or make an appearance.

we had one, and it was slowly leaking. i really need to go get another. poor kid, you can tell he is in pain. just returned from home and he is still acting like his mouth hurts. wish he could say more than mom and dad and describe whats going on. ill try an pick up a teething ring today. frozen bread worked one night, and he hasnt taken it since then. hope he lets me/us sleep tonight.

Do you have one of those teething rings that is filled with water that you can freeze or put in the fridge for him. Either that or some frozen waffles works good also. He can have fun with them and you really don't have to worry to much. They are nice and cool on his gums and he can have fun slobbering on them. Worked for my kids, (5 of em) so have a little experience. :) Anyway hope he cuts them soon so you all can get some sleep.

hope they can figure out what happened and who was responsible. hope they tell us the truth, and not provide some coverup of the real events

04/15 Entry #4 . . .

So True . . .

Brought back memories of 9/11 too . . .

Eerily reminiscent unfortunately. Also travelled the Mass Turnpike that day as well.. They had posted State Police vehicles on at large bridge in Western MA 24 hours a day for weeks after 9/11

Today was veggie delivery! Our bounty included apples, summer squash, onions, bell peppers, carrots, celery, broccoli, boc choy, and two kinds of kale. About 10 lbs or so total. Just nipped into some of the celery and it's pretty punchy. People forget celery actually has FLAVOR.

thats awesome! Thank you for turning me onto the CSA, i think we will definitely be joining a share! they have veggie, bread, goat cheese and meat shares avail. i think we will be doing 6 shares of the first 3 ( i couldn't sell wifey on the meat one :( )

Yay CSA! I'm going to test the waters with the veggies before adding in some meat. The big selling point for me is that it's actually local meat. If I wanna go to the farm or ranch and make sure what I'm eating is being raised the way I feel is right, I can. If I had the space to store it, I would totally buy a half a cow from a local ranch...

Glad you got to catch some local derby, too! It's tough and eats all my free time, but I love it. I'm going to do my best to make it another 6 years for a nice even 10. Just gotta stay healthy and not burned out.

I just saw something drool-worthy on the Travel channel. It's butterscotch pie: butterscotch filling topped with meringue. Call me crazy but I thunk could make an amazing vape...

that does sound good!
i had to have my mothers BF explain the rules to me. i watched for almost an hour before i figured out what was going on. i still dont really get why the rest of the team doesnt ride infront of the jammer on each pass to push the other team out of the way
