ALL THE SCORPIONS!!!
can't help but wonder, if this was intentional. if not, i apologize as it was rude to point out. lol

Chat ....
Ok I have a roast in the crock pot with onions - should I put anything else in besides some potatoes later?
no more b**s
But - "We're" GOOD- No Harm Meant and None Taken . . .

Carrots!!!
As much as I hate poison, it's better than the insects I just listed. Those carpenter ants are the worst, they'll eat your house! As far as scorpions go, I keep a pair of scissors handy. A quick snip of the tail and I leave them to go on their un-merry way.#2 4/18
Well it's officially spring here - the dog is chasing scorpions in the living room. They invade every year for a few weeks.
I drink enough water as it is, and sometimes get a headache after a quart of water, and before I have even had a vape. Even with vitamin C twice a day, the pee gets a little too clear after a few hours. I don't want to wash all my electrolytes out. Must maintain balance.1
For splits and giggles try two gallons one day and report back... like I said before if you think you hydrate yourself enough hydrate some more. VG is also a humectant as Akatina once said.
I have heard that it's a lot like a bee sting, but I have never been stung by a scorpion. One sting is not so bad, but I know someone that went into anaphylactic shock from being stung by 8 or more at once. They fell off the curtains at the head of her bed while she was sleeping. Late last spring I had to clear a couple of tons of very large rocks from an acre so I could mow the waist high grass, must have seen 30-40 scorpions a day.1
I have heard that most scorpion stings are on par with bee and wasp stings.
I line in Northeast Ohio, so the only scorpions I see are on TV... so I may be misinformed...
Don't let the edge of the sheets or blankets get near the floor. Keep the bed pulled out a few inches from the wall and away from windows. They also like to drop down from ceiling fans and light fixtures. Nothing like sitting at the computer for a few hours and noticing a scorpion on your shoulder approaching your face. I'm over 40 and I've still never been stung due to heightened awareness and a lot of luck.4/18 #2
We have the same small brown scorpions in the SC mountains that GaMntGirl has. I was stung by one when I was 10 or so and it looked like someone put a cigar out on my legDuring scorpion season every daily activity was changed. Want a shower? Skate out your towel and the shower curtain and the bath mat. Getting dressed? Shake out all your clothes and shoes. Going to bed? Flip back all the sheets, shake them out, take of the pillow case and shake it out too. Ugh....
Sorry I didn't include that clown in my quote, seeing it once is enough.04/18 #2 Uh oh did I scare everyone away??
