#1 Make sure you vape that up before it steeps too much. That double RY4 gets stronger as it steeps. I mixed at 10% the first time and it was great right away, but after a couple weeks it was too intense. Now I mix it at 7-8% unless I'm going to vape it right away.

I only made 15ml so it'll probably be long gone by then, but thanks for the tip and I'll keep that in mind for future reference. Though I suppose I can always dilute it a bit if it happens. I have a bottle of unflavored 25mg I use for tiny 3ml experiments because i'm not too worried about super precise nic levels for my own consumption.

That stuff is a GODSEND! Works better, for me, than prescription migraine medications! I was in a world of hurt when they took it off the market last summer... I bought like 10 bottles when they brought it back... just so I wouldn't have to deal with the headache of not having it again!

See what I did there? Headache? Migraine? No? Fine!

Ran across an article from 5 years ago.. Actually in a wacky news website. Titled: "Light up a USB cigarette- Oh Ya!" According to the article in 2008 they thought it was very bizarre and deserved a spot in wacky news that a device you could plug into a usb, could be used as a smoking device... I'm not linking the story, cause the comments after were rather ignorant and I don't think it deserves getting bumped.

HAAAAahahahahahahaaa!!! I'm not hardcore, I just play it on TV. Though I have made both yogurt and soap from scratch...

The migraine help came about thanks to DH, who also freaked out during last year's recall. He even stashed some bottles where I couldn't find them to return them!

2) I promise that this is a consumer issue rather than a political one, but I absolutely love what John McCain is trying to do with the Television Consumer Freedom Act of 2013. He's calling for a-la-carte cable and the elimination of sports blackouts. I loathe that TV companies strong arm cable/satellite providers into bundling deals, forcing consumers to pay for several channels they don't want in order to get a handful that they do. Reasonably priced a-la-carte cable would be brilliant! That said, I sincerely doubt it happens any time soon. I fully expect cable/satellite/network lobbyists to squash this thing.

I saw that RPad! Good luck! Pure beauty right there!

3) This is quite possibly the most excited I've been for any mod. I just missed the release during my March trip to the Philippines and I'm utterly jazzed that I found one in the ECF Classifieds. Hopefully it loves up to my expectations!

1) Received a very small tax refund yesterday...and promptly spent it all on my "Adjusted Vape Budget" for May...and somehow I'm over budget. Ha! There was something in the ECF Classifieds that I just couldn't resist. No regrets though. If the photos are accurate then I'll absolutely love this purchase.

I just got done making a batch of mead.

DIY EVERYTHING FOR THE WIIIIIN.

Also just boiled some cotton yarn in two sizes for wick to try it out, and some of the cheesecloth. Some of which will be for filtering out dead yeast and some of which I will attempt to use for wicks as well.

perhaps our friend RPad will be so kind as to divulge to me his technique?

*makes pretty please face*

Since we're talking babies' firsts, here's a pic of me getting my first haircut:

Thats awesome! I love the booster chair attachment you are sitting on!!

My boys started walking at 8 & 10 months. Remember and hold on to these times, they go by too quickly!
i am in no rush for him to INCREASE his mobility! hard enough to keep him in one room for more than 10 seconds. but it will be nice being to hold his hand and wak with him instead of carrying him! any day now those 1st real steps are coming...
\o/ it's over, done with the spring semester. Final grade for computer class is 96! Final grade for history is 99! Final grade for zoology lecture is 109, though that may bump higher because my zoology lab grade needs to be averaged in.

smells like victory.
WAY TO BE! Kudos on your stellar grades! Now, are you done for good and awaiting graduation, or just the year? And what degree, and major!? :)

I'm going grocery shopping today.. my most hated task
the most damaging to my wallet! i love foods, it is where almost all of my 'not-so-disposable" income disappears to :)
LD, Where is your event tomorrow night? I'll stop by if I can. I will probably not be able to stay long, but it might be nice to unwind a bit before I go home. Working Mother's Day is going to be comparable to jumping in a cage with a hungry lion.
I hope you do!! Will be a great night! i have 10+ DJS performing from 8-3 am!
It will be just of congress by the Ronstadt bus station. just west of the station behind the criket wireless store. you can text me for directions or i have a 24/7 info line set up: 4777-TVC (882)

Pipe dream. But a nice one. I dont see them modifying their service/practices. But maybe new providers will emerge offering this :)

Thanks uncle! Well this is my first semester back, i had a false start back when I was a youngin' but as you can see i've got it together this time around. I'm saving money by getting an associates in science at a community college before i transfer to UNC, where I want to become a biologist. Maybe a marine biologist, haven't decided which way and if i want to specialize first.

So I've got a few years yet before i get my bachelor's.

I'm a fan of DIY knowledge of all kinds! Sometimes it's just a nice to know and not exactly practical (like butter, it's just not worth my time!!). Some things are no-brainers, though. Yogurt costs way less when you make it yourself. And once I have the required gadgetry I'm sure I'll start recoiling and wicking my gear.

Speaking of said required gadgetry, I was just on the SciPlus site and they have a couple different multi-meters for decent prices. They also have 3ml luer lock syringes $2.50 for 10, which from what I can tell is a deal and a half!!
