I'm assuming you meant distilled water? Im not sure what distiller water might be... But if its distilled water you are referring to, my guess would be they need to cut the thickness of the ejuice.. Often vg based ejuices tend to be very thick and may need some thinning and or the flavorings may contain distilled water. Distilled water being preferred as it should be almost pure and free of any contaminants, as opposed to adding tap or spring water.

Yes, I hate spelling... But watering down VG with water increases the "flash-vapor-point" as in Temperature Necessary to vaporize. When water is added there must be more burning Taste.

Busy morning up in here.

Fun stuff this... I have a bug, as in an actual insect, caught between the plastic outer screen and inner LCD panel of my computer monitor today. one of those little red mite things. He (I named him Brad) just keeps wandering around the screen, Sometimes I follow him with my mouse.

I'm a cheap date.

Just in case "Brad" needs a friend or 2 . . .

Or - That "Brad" or any of them - NEEDS TO GO . . .

When I DIY I use 100% VG kosher palm oil derived (99.9% .03 to .1 residual water) ... So I guess my question is why do you need less thick?

Yes some tanks and cartos are not the best at wicking thick ejuice but that's changing... Can't speak to gennys but will try when mine gets delivered.
