I slipped totally off of the vaping wagon and felt like a hypocrite posting on ECF when puffing on a cigarette LMAO! So, consider me a noob again while I get my isht together!
I got some good things planned for my month on days =] Books to read on centering yourself, creating a calm environment, and the 'Nam Myoho Renge Kyo' chanting. I tried other calming chants from my Catholic background, but they didn't seem as effective. I am sure they are supposed to do the same thing, center a person, and I thought those from my background would be better, but they failed LOL I considered yoga, but who am I kidding LOL I can get down to play on the floor with Emmy or do yoga, but getting up will take more effort that the actual yoga

Actually, I plan to do it, but in increments :X One of my co-workers on days is a hippie of lore and he is really centered from studying Buddhism, so I'll get his recommendations once I see him Monday. He's suggested a few books before but I never got any. So, wish me luck on the changes I am a attempting!
