I'm not one to post reviews. My typing and elegance with words doesn't always come out on paper(or the internet) but!...
I have seen time and time again the customer service and general all around guy Ray from VVV provides.
Whether it be from Questions answered in his threads, or simple things like combining orders to help with shipping it's always amazingly done...
Not counting previous orders posted I'll just speak about todays shipment from Ray @VVV..
Last week I destroyed one of my pyrex tanks that I truly loved and figured I'd just order another. I did among other things bought and then used a gift card to punch in a second order.. Ray went ahead and combined both orders on my request and I waited..
Today I receive my order and I notice a 3rd tank!! I only ordered 2.. It's now the second time he's sent me a "freebee"and he went and sent me a replacement for the tank I broke this past week..
The tank he sent me is NOT even available for sale yet which really makes me feel special..
It's the little things that suppliers do that will keep their businesses around but Ray in my honest opinion goes above and beyond all the time..
Every week he gives a tank away in a contest that usually is more about the camaraderie(to me anyway) then the actual winner..
Requests (again for me) are quickly acknowledged and your made to feel like your opinions matter..
Thats it.. VVV rocks...
