Valyrian mod

I just got this vape in Jan but the nut that the tank screws into came loose off my mod and now I can’t get my tank to sit tighten on the mod and it’s loose. My mod shouldn’t be doing this when I’ve only had it a month, I haven’t dropped it or anything to cause this. Does anyone know how to fix it

Probably very low-quality control. I have box mods from 2016 with threading still in perfect condition. Try to get it replaced because that’s not normal, steel shouldn’t wear down like that in just a month of use.
The positive "pin" also doesn’t seem to protrude enough to allow the coil to be read, or maybe it’s just the perspective of the photo.

Hi and welcome,
Contact your vendor for support. That is not user serviceable.

In the meantime,
Remove broken 510 plate from tank and attach tank to any suitable battery device from any manufacture.
Tank/toppers need only be "snug".
Tanks with twist tops should be separated from the battery before refilling to avoid over-tightening of the 510 connection.

Cheers
I
