I've had mine (stainless) for about a week now. It's even better than I thought it would be. It just works well for me

I have a vamo coming in the mail from exhalevapors.com and I can't wait! I was going to wait until after this semester to buy a mod, but they had a great deal so I bit the bullet. If for some reason I don't like the vamo my wallet won't be too badly hurt, which is a big deal to an unemployed college student.
I'm expecting to really enjoy the vamo, but I also think I'll still get another mod if I do well this semester. No reason to change plans

I got mine up and running today (had to wait for the panasonic 18650 battery and charger to arrive and charge up), and after a few incidents with it ( straightening out the 510 connection, properly screwing on my Vivi Nova), I am happily vaping away on it, ... well sort of. The juice I have now seems to be skunked, but that is not the Vamo's fault. I think I just got a bad batch

I also have a Vamo coming my way. From what I've read, it seems like the logical choice for prices/performance. Went with the strain less steel version.

Just got my Vamo yesterday, ordered on Sat. from Vapor Alley. This thing rocks, love the variable wattage, I can change from a Kanger T3 to Stardust without changing the settings. It really pumps out the vapor, and the flavor is great.
my Kanger wont fit into the cone threads, but all my other clears do...now to get a spiffy new tank and some pre punched cartos.
may have to go with an AGA-T2 because i know me and that is the direction i see this thing going...everyone has been really helpfull.
Another happy Vamo user here. I got mine (stainless) about a week ago from Smoktek and it came with the upgraded spring installed. The build quality is far better than I expected given the price – feels very solid. I’ve been using it mostly with one 18350 since I like the shorter length, but it also works great using an 18650.
I especially like having dedicated buttons for voltage/power control – very easy to tweak the settings without having to get into a menu.
Using it mainly with a Vision Eternity RBA when I’m home, and a Kanger T3 or Vivi Nova when away and want a larger tank. Excellent performance!

I HATE my Vamo! Well, kind of. I just hate the slick black chrome finish. So I've got a stainless version coming from China, Zainy shows it as having shipped of Feb 1, along with a bunch of other stuff. First time using a China vendor....we'll see.
After I ordered the stainless, I heard they have a pretty smooth texture as well. This doesn't worry me. Since it doesn't have a finish coat of "paint" on the metal, I have some ideas on how to modify the stainless to give me more grip.
