Vamo PCB DOA..?

I've just received a Vamo PCB. I've applied 4.2 Volts to the +pin and ground and no joy. Nothing happens on the display.

The voltage across the fire button and the Up/Down buttons show to be 3.3v. I don't find any output at the connections for the atty connector.

Any thoughts..?

ya gotta 5 clicks off/on

if you see v at the button it should be fine just in sleep mode.
