OK, So I should be getting my Vamo in the mail tomorrow and before I do I just want to make sure I know everything about it.

So far I know it has the following features-

  • VV/VW mode
  • Ohm checker
  • RMS(Accurate)/AVG(pointless)
  • Nice Blue LED screen
  • eGo & 510 connections(But can't fit kanger clearos)
  • Deep drip well
  • Battery life checker
  • Made of Brass(chrome plated)
  • Takes an 18650/ 2x 18350
  • Short circuit protection and reverse battery protection
  • Battery Vent hole
  • Pulse width modulation???

Am I missing anything?
What is pulse width modulation? Why do certain PV's have it? What are the advantages to having it?
I am not an electrition or a hardware specialist of any kind. So please explain it as if your talking to a 13 year old.(I would have said 5 year old, but I would prefer to be told the correct terms and have them explained in brief rather than be told via 'baby analogies') ;)

Wow. Someone did their homework. Haha. I just got mine yesterday. I have no idea how to explain PWM in simple terms. However, take a look at the wiki link below. It might not be in simple terms but it will give you some idea of what it is and the advantages. Hope it helps.
