I am sure this is a new product @ VapeEscape as i have not seen it before on there.

I don't have the heating problem but i thought i would share.

I got one posted to me from them last week out of the blue, at no charge. Was a bit bizarre as there was no covering note or anything in it, but i recognised the style of the address label on the package. Great bit of customer service on there behalf tho.

Dickyg, do you have the stainless steel vamo? if yes than that's why you got one, the heating problems seems to be for the stainless steel version only.

Yeah I have bud. I hadn't noticed any heating problems with it with the old spring, but have replaced it just in case and kept the original spring. Saved me spending £2 plus p+p tho!!

We've automatically sent out replacement springs to everyone who bought a SS Vamo, because that seems to be were the problems came to light.

But, if you've bought one of the other Vamo's (Chrome or Black Chrome) and want a spring, just ring our office with your original order number and details and one will be sent out FOC.

Now that is what i call customer service, coming onto forum and informing customers

I purchased a item from some other company because you was out of stock at that present time, never again, your speed of service is great.

p.s Can i have a extra discount as my bank statement just shows VapeEscape from top to bottom
