vamo stopped working

well need some help. this is my girlfriends only device.. something is wrong with the center pin i think, it seems like its pushed down,and the little rubber insulator came out,don't know where it went,so now nothing works on it,is there any way of fixing it,and this is a v2 that i won on the jwrap contest
