My Vamo V2 Seems to fire fine after the battery has a full charge,But when it drops to around 3.8 v it starts to misfire for some reason I have to push the button 2 or 3 times for it to work,I would have to exclude the center pin issue for as I said it does not happen on a full charge.Any suggestions??

No responses because my V2 or V3 have never done that and I haven't seen any other posts about that issue. It must be something weird with your particular unit. I would only suggest that you verify the actual battery voltage with a multi-meter just to confirm that the battery is not lower than what the Vamo is reading.

Thanks gary,I can only suspect the actual batteries but it happens with everyone I have,But It could be the center pin and it just works better when it is at a full charge possibly.I will check it with a multimeter though and see,Btw I am using Efest batteries if it matters.

I'm starting to have the same problem with mine, but the battery charge doesn't seem to make any difference. I've noticed if it misfires and I push the button a little harder it goes ahead and fires. I'm wondering if the button contact is getting dirty or something. Anyone know if there's any kind of electronic contact cleaner I could spray into the button area? I don't want to risk taking anything apart.
