Better yet..sell spare parts for the Vamo...the entire press fit top cap being one of em!

could always pop a V2 on head on there

Vamo Body Parts

I agree. Some type of Quick Disconnect would be nice. I don't see why it can't be done

the connection would have to be near perfect or it could possibly lead to an intermittent connection

I must have the only Vamo3 on ECF that hasn't striped out. I got mine the first of october and use it daily. I switch between 3-4 ProTanks during the day.
The parts from Ecigarette Impressions should mwork.

Lol. I'm still on my v2 and the threads are still fine. But the plastic piece for the display popped out. I just used a clear piece of tape and taped it back. Ugly, but looks don't bother me.

Lol, you probably do. The threads on my V3 lasted about two months before nothing would thread in. And yes, the replacement top cap from that vendor works like a champ. The threading appears to be MUCH sturdier and better cut than the original.

My V2 is still going strong at 8 months. V2s had some threading issues with the connectors but I am wondering if that didn't get a whole lot worse in the V3s. ANyone heard anything on the V4s or V5s?

SOMEONE should re-invent the wheel here an ditch the thread idea and make toppers and apv/mods etc attach like air tools! 2cents

I also thought about a non-threaded connect point, the push and twist type found in electronic signal use would be a starting point...

I think its called a BNC connector

Mine is doing fine too..I do make sure I am EXTRA gentle on screwing on the 510 stuff...I got a bunch of eGo threaded clearomizers however...I really like how the positive retention and lack of wobble due to more meat on the threading...which is a solution for the 510 stripped threads...there are quite a few on FT.
