Vamo (v2) On/Off switch problem

So far everything about my Vamo (v2) is fine except for the finish on it and the On/Off switch not working properly. The switch is actually what I've been wanting to ask about for some tips on fixing it. I remember seeing a review of the V2 early on, by Phil Busardo and he even had the problem with turning the Vamo 'On'. When I click the button 5 times, it just doesn't always want to turn on. Turning it off is less of a problem (it usually shuts off almost every time. Anyone have this problem and is there a fix for this? Thanks .

If its still under warranty you should contact the supplier. I don't know of too many batteries where the switch is repairable.

Same with my V1. Just keep clicking 'til it turns on.

Yep ... as donesmokin suggested. I just think six instead of five and it works every time. Gotta love PV idiosyncrasies!

Since first posting this, I have been doing the 'extra click' trick and it DOES eventually turn on. Six IS sometimes the magical number . Thanks

Unfortunately the warranty is up. It's really no big deal anyway. I'll just live with it. Thanks for your concern!
