I bought a Vamo and it arrived today. I charged the batteries and filled a Clearomiser and the (what I think) is a Vivi Nova tank that came with it. I turned it on and played with the buttons. It's set at 3 watts and 3 volts and I double checked to make sure it was set to the No1 setting instead of RMS. The problem is that everything tastes burnt through it. I can take either tank off the Vamo and put it on my Atmos Optimus 510 and it tastes fine after a few puffs. Any thoughts?

Um.

From the top:

You set watts or volts, not both. (One sets the other, see the chart at the end of the post.)

You probably want watts, start around 6 and go up from there. (I wouldn't go beyond 9 but YMMV.)

You want RMS, not AVG. (You want No2.)

Chart that shows how watts and volts work:

Thanks Disconnect! That did the trick. On the No1 setting the coils were glowing very bright no matter what the setting. On setting No2, it works perfectly. Thanks so much for your help! FYI, I also got my lesson in NOT turning the Vivi Nova tank from the top. I ended up twisting it off the unit and wasting 3ml's of fluid.
