Vamo V3 or iTaste SVD from Fasttech?

To me they are about the same, each have features I like and dislike. The one issue with the Vamo is not having ego threading so you have to use an adapter.

That right there is a game changer for me...I do not like adapters and they actually have a history of messing up the center pin in certain Vamos.

Maybe true for the Vamo first edition, but the V2 has ego threading- I'm using a Vivi-Nova on my Vamo2 and no adapter

On the SVD you can use T2-T3 or EVOD with no adapter.

I would say the Vamo as of right now. The supply and demand of the SVD is really not lining up right now. I jumped in line on 6/6 and paid for the SVD for that price (along with everyone else that saw the deal) when it said ships in 3 business days. 8 Business days later and the status reads - Payment recieved (same as it did the day I ordered it)

Apparently Fasttech has responded to a few buyers on the discussion board that the units they recieved were scratched and in another response they said that they had recieved the wrong product.

This company doesnt have the SVD in stock and are sitting on my money is what I read.

Then they released a full kit for the SVD including 2 Iclear clearos for $20 more.

I held off for a day but then I ordered the kit yesterday afternoon after someone on the discussion board did such and their order status was greenlit to preparing to ship within a few hours.

When I pulled the trigger on the kit it was reading in stock....now...The product page reads at ships in 7 days....ugh.

All the while I also ordered a VAMO V3 from them on Wednesday night which I'm hoping ships soon but I'm not holding my breath.

I know its overseas and I know it's China and I know it's a screaming deal and shipping from Fasttech is not 2 day shipping from bodunk arkansas but this is pretty riddiculous.

If I dont see any movement on any of the orders by Monday night I'm probably going to dispute on paypal, cancel all of my orders and suggest everyone supports their local B&Ms and US online shippers only.

Cheap prices are one thing but holding onto peoples money for a product you don't even have sounds like theft to me.

SVD. Better build quality, ability to use all 3 battery configs. Ability to lock wattage/voltage to prevent inadvertent changes is a bonus.

SVD easy, i hate the look of the v3 vamo. id buy another v2 vamo before buying a v3. and the SVD telescopes.

if u havent looked at the sigelei zmax v3 i think it would be worth a look. a little extra $ but i think worth it imo

I know it's frustrating (I've been there), but this happens with a lot of online retailers not just the Chinese ones. It took almost a month for me to get juice from Ms. T's once. If you want to you can cancel you order and receive a full refund. There probably isn't any need to dispute it with PayPal. They aren't stealing from you. They're just waiting for their stock to be replenished.

I want a spare, and at that price I can buy it. My Zmax Telescopic doesn't make contact with clearos, so whenever I want to vape on a T3 I have to do it with the evic. I love the eVic, specially to go out, it's so light!

I do have a Zmax Telescope and I'm not happy. Misfiring, heavy, no contact with T3. I use it with 510 threads or rebuildables.

Either will work for ya. They both have ego threading with a removable top just in case you have a t3 that doesn't fit with it on. It comes down to what you like the look of better, product availability, and build quality. From what has been said in this thread they might be waiting on restock for the SVD.

The SVD looks a lot bigger than the Z3, Z3 looks cleaner by far....

I have an SVD with a 18500 it is the same length as my Smok Zmax which has an 18650. It is a little bigger diameter than Zmax. I like the SVD very much.

SVD all the way. My GF ordered the SVD on 6/7 and it is in packaging status now. A little upset it didn't ship right away...but hey, its China. And it was 39 bucks.

I have a couple of modded Sigelei 8s - one with an aga t2 and other with igo l to hold me over. The SVD will be my backup.

I'm going to coerce my GF to get the SVD for herself as well. Nice to live with someone who vapes. You get to share everything and the vape expenses drop in half.
