Being playing today with my SVD.. Awesome. Far better than my vamo, feels solid and very good built, no rattle in buttons like my evic and vamo, the 510 positive pin with spring is the best all my toppers fit perfect and is the only mod i can use my evods with no evod wobble. Every topper fits solid no matter what, you can tight everithing and you wont feel the the center pin cruching the oring just screw the topper until stop with no worried.

Pros.
Solid build
Easy to read display in sun light
Spring 510 center pin
Personal defend weapon lol
Nice finish, brushed but shiny stainless steel
Able to lock your power setting
Lighted fire button
Removable top ring

Cons.
Just 1- menu - we have 2 buttons and 2 press and hold option, that mkes sense? Why da hell to read ohm press and hold both buttons and read battery voltage press and hold any of the buttons, could be easy press and hold 1 for battery volt and 1 for ohm, and leave the press and hold both for change between Voltage and Wattage.

The US vendors need to get on the ball or fasttech will single handedly put them out of business.

As we found out today before the thread was closed, there is at least one vendor buying from fasttech and reselling for double. Even uses fasttech's photos. Fasttech is getting my money.

I just got mine today. I don't think this is a mega deal. Some other place is selling it for $70 or $75, but with both tubes. Here, they shipped only the short tube. Well, why do we need both right? But, I like the look of the long tube better.

Menu, I like the vamo's menu better, simple and easy to use. The orientation of the feature on this SVD doesn't not have the basic common sense. They are hard to remember. Also, I still can't get to read the resistance of the coil. Press and hold (+) and (-), I read the A instead. Do you guys experience the same or something is wrong with mine?

Also, the threaded inside of the tube is somehow sharp. I would be carefully sliding the battery in and out. On the vamo, I don't have that feeling.

one pro compare to vamo, the center (+) post is spring loaded. It doesn't build as well as the Tesla, but it is a lot better than Vamo and Ego stuff.

Question on battery to use, do you guy think it's safe to use flat head battery on this SVD? After looking, touching the inside top (+) button of the unit, I feel that I rather stick the button head battery in there.

Yes, it is solid even it's a telescopic. No giggle and wobble like the KTS. Still, I can't believe the local store is selling this for $110.

The look, I like this SVD more. The feeling in hands, I like the Vamo more. The quality built, the feeling of rigid, I think the Tesla win.

Just attached a protank to mines for the first time and I gotta say the protank is over rated I put 50/50 juice in the PT and I get no throat hit or taste and little vapor with a 2.5 ohm head... I put that same juice in my I clear 30 and the taste vapor and throat hit is way better... I guess I just like wicking systems better .. Right now I'm thinking the protank is over rated and a waste of money

I dont like also the protank too much, is muting my juices i only have 2 flavor that i got better taste on protank, but all my other 1000 flavors (you know) are not flavorfull in protank. But i had to admit the 2 flavors that are better in protank is the daily vape ones and the protank do work really good on my SVD.

Anybody try a kanger t3 on svd yet? My threads are too high no air flow while trying to use a kanger t3. Kanger protank works perfect

Darn I have tried 4 kanger t3's no air flow on any of them but the protank works fine. Do your threads look as tall as mine?

Mine looks the same as far as I can tell. I have 2 SVD's I don't have a T3, but I am using an MT3. Same clearomizer..Just metal with window. It works very good on both SVD.

I've had my SVD from Fasttech for nearly a week now and I am really liking it. It isn't heavy, has a nice finish, has given consistent output right down to battery cut off, and I like the look of it. This was a great deal - when the SVD first came out reviewers said it was like a high end mod. For $40 its a steal.

I have both, SVD and VAMO. I do liked both i prefer the top cap on the SVD cuz the spring loaded center pin and removable outer ring and able to flush mount an no problem with any short pin topper..

By the other way the vamo looks awesome with everything on it no matter what it looks good and with the SVD im more picky on what look good on that.

In conclusion both looks good and they both have their own personality.. If you would ask me to recomend one hmmmm tough desition but i think i will recomend the SVD..

BTW. if we add the zmax v3 flat top to the equation hands down is the cleanest looking one but im not sure about the durability since my first one came DOA but my replacement is fine,
