Hey all, had a weird thing with my v5. Worked great this morning. Put it on my desk, didn't touch it, didn't move it. Picked it up a couple hours later, vapor production was way down, like sucking through a clogged straw.

Swapped in a new tank, new atomizer, new battery, none of it fixed the problem, so I figured it was with the vamo v5 (using a Kanger T3s). Just doubled the wattage and suddenly it's working better (though not as well as this morning), so that makes me think there's some problem with the connection, maybe the center pin.

Checked it out as best I could, and everything looks normal - center pin's on a spring, i can depress it with a small screwdriver. Washer all around it. No visible difference.

Anyone run into this before? Hoping I can fix it. Thank you!

Maybe grounding issues through the body. Mine have loosen slightly at the pressed fittings joints. Try pressing it together better and also screw the battery compartment and bottom cap on and off a couple of times. Also make sure the threads in the 510 and on battery tubes are clean. Last item to check would be the positive pin inside the batt compartment where the battery contacts the chip.

As soon as I opened the box the top fell off and got that pressed back on. Then the washer under the pin went to hell on the first day. Had to carefully lift the pin and put a washer under it from the hardware store. Worked for 15 mintues till it fell over on the coffee table. Then a no go unless you bent the mod. Took it all apart and sanded to bare metal at the spots where the V6 was pressed together. Little spots of Krazy glue and pressed it all together. Works good now but looks like hell. Only used for dry burning coils and a resistance tester. That was a very interesting day. Never would I buy another one. Mine was a V6 in black.
