Vamo V6

Anyone have one of these. SX200 chip (same as in the segelei 30) tube mode. Basically a lot like a Segelei 20 without the gyro. I ordered one for $39 from the bay, its only 20 watts but any thing I vape burn over 18-19 watts. Its not the inexpensive SX350 tube we've been waiting on but still looks like a good deal.

sigelei 30Watt based on the SX300 chip and the sigelei 20Watt has the SX200 chip (DNA20 clone).

Yes I see Segelei 20W for sale over $60 alll the time many used. My personal opinion of Segelei's machining is poor hope this will be better.

I also have a couple Tobeco dna30 which use the sx200 chip. They are good to 30 watts , you gotta wonder why these vamos are set for 20W. Its probably that they didn't want to deal with warranty from people doing stupid things. There is probably a board that could plug in and increase to 30W, but honestly I'm happy with 20W.

I ordered a V-6 and it says it is only VV. what is up with that?

Yes, I've seen 2 items already described as vamo v6, and 1 seems to be vw only while the other is vv vw:

Isn't the Vamo 8 out now (25watts)? Is that the latest one?

There's also a 25 watt one and a 35 watt one.

None of the ones I see listed on ft say anything about adjustable center pin though, which is a big question for me; I thought they'd had one with adjustable center pin by now.

and aha!! I knew I saw floating center pin somewhere;
this one is a 26650, it's not listed as a vamo; 35w.

Recieved the Vamo and it doesn;t work, it thinks there is a short, tried 6 different tank. Don't know if this is an epidemic or just a bad apple

does it read short when there is nothing on the top?

My own vamo shows both 'short' and 'low load'.
Both my vamo and my zmax will show 'low load' if I screw down a 510 tank too tight.

Mine says no load no matter what and I've done a litttle dremeling.

My own vamo shows both 'short' and 'low load'.
Both my vamo and my zmax will show 'low load' if I screw down a 510 tank too tight.

I mean it says short (low load) even with no atomizer screwed on. Does anyone no how I can get the top off to check for shorts?
