Wish I could help. If you had waited about two weeks I could. I'm ordering my Vamo V6 next week. But from what I read it should be a great device. But I do vape on rebuildables. I got my first kayfun this week and love it. But I have also been using single coil drippers. I'm getting my first dual coil setup with my Vamo. Let me know how you like yours. Peace and God bless.

I do not have a v6, but is looks like a souped up v5. Probably be just fine for a noob.
I own 3 v2. 1 v3, and 1 v5 (4 SS, 1 aluminum v2) and have really enjoyed them. The only issue I've has was that the fire button got really flakey on my first one. It still works but the fire button got to be a PITA. I use it now for test firing rebuilt attys.

hi ebates yes its just an updated v5 really it as an adjustable center pin so now the tank screws all the way down and dont sit above the mod and it now goes to 20 watt instead of 15 thats about it really lol and it was only £2 more than a v5 so had to be done :) oh and as an updated menu to can see the battery ohms and watt from the home screen , i cant wait to try it its got to be a bit better than my vission spinner ...

hi there i have only seen the kayfun in pics and not in real life it comes with mini alan key wrenches ? i wouldent no where to start i will stick with my duel bottom updated coils for now till i get used to things this is my 4th week of the cigs :)

My Kayfun Lite doesn't use allen screws but it did come with two mini screwdrivers and a couple ready made wicks (which I didn't use). The Kayfun Lite is a great single coil setup. It just took me a couple attempts to get the wick just right. Now it is perfect IMHO.

I will share my Vamo experience. I purchased a Vamo from a seller on ebay. Received the item and it worked spectacularly. Used a AW 18650 2000 mah battery in it, a kangertech aerotank on top. Even bought a nice JWrap to go around the mod so it wouldn't get damaged (oh did it look awesome). The day after I put the wrap on I went out on my break and tried to take a puff and nothing happened. Fiddled with the thing thinking it was the 510 (because they are notorious for getting pushed down) and nothing worked. Notified the seller and sent it back for my money back. Bought a VTR after and was fine.

I got my vamo v5 today. Takes a few minutes to figure out the menu but besides that it's basically just a huge ego once you've found your vv or vw sweet spot.

I do like that after an afternoon of vaping my battery level is 95%. :)

I saw the v6 on fasttech but figured I'd hold out and wait for reviews. If they're good I'll pick up the v6 and keep the v5 as a backup.

i have been looking at the wraps to i would get a wrap of ebay but i wouldent get a vamo off there as they may be good clones , i have ordered mine from a shop so its more likely to be genuine if you are not sure if your V5 is genuine there are two simple tests you can do to check.
remove the bottom cap and replace it while holding the power button, it should say ksd V6.X that is the firmware number.
after pressing the power button 5 times to turn the system on Hold all 3 buttons down and the numbers 13461967 will scroll across the screen.
