I've been rolling with a sigelei #20 for about a week now and enjoying it. However, I want a more consistent vape over the life of the battery. I'm torn between getting a VW/VV mod our just getting a device to make any mech mods I get capable of doing the VW thing.

Thoughts on how the kick/stomp/crown perform vs something like a Vamo/Zmax/SVD?

I'm on a budget so a high end VV/VW like a ProVari are out of the question.

I have the vamo, lambo transformer and smok telescope mechanical.
I agree that the voltage drop can be annoying on mechs. IMO mechs are for rda and gennies, or "normal" mizers with a kick.

I've heard great things about the zmax. If you don't mind having an extra mod for normal mizers on vw, and using the mech for gennies and rba, i would suggest the zmax.

The s20 is too unsecure to buy a kick for. Ive heard that the button mechanism is prone to failing, and if it did, you would have a broken mod and an useless kick instead of an extra mod.

I do love the look and feel of my #20 and plan on picking up some other Mechs in the future to play with. Sounds like I'll stick with my mech(s) to play around with my AGA-T2 and any other fun RBAs I get and pick up some flavor of regulated device to toss a Protank/Vivi/Carto Tank on and play with those.

So far I've been good on my #20 switch, and I have plans to rebuilt it to make it better in the future, just trying to source some materials and a lathe to make it come together.
