I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues already. It doesn't make me very hopeful for when I get mine.

Well I'm not the best Wicker so don't let my post put your hopes down. I haven't seen any other posts or reviews mentioning the problem I have with the airflow. I think there's a good chance you won't have that problem.

The airflow ring is still very tight and I always get liquid on my fingers while trying to adjust it. Even closing and opening the JFC is a hassle. I wonder if taking the tank apart and putting it back together would make a difference.

Also, the tank is kinda loud unless the airflow is almost completely closed. I need a quiet vape at night time.

AFC is tight but easy to move by grapping the bottom knurling and should click in 4 positions
closed, 2/3 close, 1/3 close & fully open.
As of JFC make sure you tuck your cotton carefully in the channels the space between the base and chamber is very tight a little bit of cotton sticking out of the juice hole makes it hard to control.

I pushed the cotton back when I first wicked it. And I used a lot of cotton. It must've expanded.

In my Spanish forum a couple that already has one in SS and with the thread that maintains the pyrex, and in another forum I have also seen. I do not know if I can link to other forums.

    Nuevo con el kylin
Brand new Kylin RTA V2 in the post this morning.

Interesting. So the V2 has extra protection against leaking and can be identified via the new packaging. I have the V1 with the older packaging.

The V2 has an added o-ring under the top cap but I'm not sure how that would prevent leaking or seeping. Only the colored ones have juice fill ports. The black and silver V2s do not.

I haven't had any leaks using Cotton Bacon...so far.

Ive got a V2 SS, the one with the light blue box and the fill port under the top cap - Doesnt leak if im not using it, had it on my stand for 2 days full of juice and all holes wide open and not a single drop - the moment i start using the damned thing i get a little puddle between the mod and atty - not in the 510 but around the base - this is so annoying.
My base has Kylin v1.1 stamped next to it.
