before i get me shipment in, ive ben looking for starting ratios - and cant find any for this type of recipie...

I'd go easy on Methol & Creme De Menthe. Start at 1-3% and move up from there. I bought Creme De Menthe from TFA and mixed at 5-7% and it about sent me into a coughing fit (being that strong and overpowering), but I was never a menthol smoker to begin with. Good flavor for what it is and works well in blends, but it's not a high mix flavor; it's potent.

Vanilla really depends. Where'd you get your vanilla? TFA as well? If so, I'd start a little low there too, perhaps 5-10% and let it sit for 24-48 hours as vanilla tends to age better over time.
