One thing i have noticed, and i have read around the boards, if you are going to order from B.C, then make sure you get the XPRESS mail option! I thought i would save the $1 something or other and get expedited

This is nothing against Vapor Geek, or any other vendor in BC, as Vapor Geek has be most awesome and quick answering my questions, and i am truly impressed with them.....it is just the

I called CP Monday and was told i would get it today for sure, that i would see tracking information it moved yesterday in the afternoon. I called CP today and was told that they have a 100% guarantee under expedited it is 4 business days to get to me (where Xpress post is 2 day guarantee)
When i told customer service that it was shipped Thursday, and that though Friday was business day #1, it still should have moved through the week end, and that if it was not here tomorrow (Wednesday), i would have to contact the company (Vapor Geek), and they would have to put a lost claim in, the CP woman started getting nasty and screaming to me on the phone saying i would have to allow "special circumstances, such as the truck getting a flat, the delivery driver, or getting

Another thing i noticed on the web site, you can track packages, but there is no longer a "expected date of delivery" on it, and that really is just a cheese off.......it is like they want you to call into the center so as they can boast their stats on taking calls.
There i am now done my rant on CP and their lack of moving mail along. and am going to sit in the corner, eat a taco, drink some coffee,
vape some Carmel, and immaturely stick out my tongue. Again i know this is out of VG's hand's and there is nothing that can be done except file a lost package claim. CP taught me well: do not be cheap and pay for the Xpress post!
