hi all

i had a problem with some attys i got vapage.
i posted in the negative section because i was getting nowhere with a resolve.

brian at vapage got in contact and i cant say enough for the way he resolved the matter....i cant think of one company that would go to the lengths like they did with me to make sure i was happy....customer satisfaction is there priority.

and i now feel that because of not getting a resovle with a customer service agent, and then getting a resolve of better than i wanted just shows how dedicated they are and that the post in the negative needs to be removed as it does not do them justice that they deserve.
