I think there's one on Wilshire.... not totally sure though.

Well, they're e-cig shops, but the best one from a lounge standpoint is probably vape Revolution... its off the 605... I think that would be the city of Artesia.... Google it.

Now that I think of it.... that might be LA county LOL

I've hung out at The Vapor Spot in Westwood. Here's an interview I did with the owner. Hardware is pricey, but they carry a variety of e-liquids from a lot of great vendors and you're allowed to sample away after buying a cartomizer for $1.

Yeah thats my spot where I get my goods. The SFV store is bigger. Never hung out there though.
Meaning just leisurely vaped and chilled without purchasing, thought about it though.
