Vape Dudes problems

I loved vape Dudes, until recently...

I ordered 30ml of their Ice ICE and my order vanished from my "order history." When I called the number they supplied during their posted hours, the person that answered the phone told me she would have the next representative call me back at their convenience. How does that help?


No one called, no refund, order still nonexistent.


If you value your money, stay away from vape Dudes.
 
That's really strange. I experienced very good customer service dealing with them. If you log into your account on their website and click support at the bottom you should get someone in a chat type screen within a few mins. The rep who assisted me was very helpful. However, my issue was of a different nature than yours. I ordered from them at the end of August and the juices have finally steeped to taste right. Their flavors are okay, but I think I'll stick with premium liquids from now on. Haven't tried their premiums, but I was actually impressed with how they handled my issue.

As with any business, their service is not always going to be 100%. If this is the first time you've had a bad experience with a vendor, I'd cut them a little slack. Get the order corrected and then provide constructive feedback about your experience.

If this were a continuous problem with the vendor, then of course, your wallet speaks louder than words. Take your business elsewhere.

The only reason I say this is because one bad experience, posted on a very popular forum, can really hurt a business that might not deserve the bad influence it might have on other prospective buyers. :)
