Vape Mail Fail!

I'm not a happy camper today! I ordered many items recently and three packages were waiting for me in the mailbox.
First, I ordered (6) 5ml samples from opensourcevapor and 2 of them hadn't been sealed well and had leaked all over the package!
However, the major flaw was with my package from vape Royalty. I ordered the Infinite Red Copper Stingray clone (v2) and the one the sent me had a different stingray than the picture on their website. I received the one that looks like the Black Stingray which is not what I wanted and why I was purchasing their more costly version.
Can anyone enlighten me what I may not be understanding before I draft my email?

Just handle it as politely as possible. Take pictures of your juice bottles covered with liquid and email them to the vendor.

Email or contact the vendor you got the stingray off of and question them about why you got something different than what you were led to believe you were ordering. Might take a look at their site sometimes Ive noticed some sites that offer the same model in stainless and black will have a style selector by the description of the product I've overlooked it myself a time or two.

I know how aggravating this is but the main thing is don't get excited unless you have to. Good luck.

Josh from Open Source is a good guy, I'm sure he will do the right thing. I just got my package today and everything was nice and tight.

I believe he is on vacation this week but I would still send the e-mail with some pictures.

Sorry to here about the Stingray. It's a drag when you look forward to getting a new piece of gear and it ends up a fail.

please let us know how it goes with both vendors.

Should've just hand delivered them, I'm in that neighborhood. Disastrous, sorry to hear you had a dual fail like that.

Now I know I'm derailing here, but do you have any reccomendation on a vape shop in Asheville? Busted my Nemme and gotta check one out - came up with Blue Ridge and Madvapes, I'm sure there's more, but I can probably only get away with visiting one.

Edit: same state, different world. Asheville's nowhere near you...

Resending my entire order + a gift is amazing customer service!

I am indeed too far to help with any recommendations. I've only been vaping for about 2 weeks so I wouldn't be much help; even if you lived next door.

Update:
Vape Royalty sent me exactly what I ordered. I wanted the V1 but ordered the V2. They were more than willing to exchange products as long as I cover shipping (only fair).
I just wanted to make sure that I leave the right impression of Opensourcevapor and VapeRoyalty: both seem very reasonable in their approach to customer service...even if the customer doesn't know how to order what they actually want.
