Vape Mail with questions

Got some vape mail today from my freedom smokes. Fast and packaged nice by the way. I got a udct and it came with this little silicone thing. Does anyone know what it is and what it is for? Thanks in advance.

If you use a carto on a cigalike battery, or not punched and in a tank, you use that where your drip tip goes.

Since yours is in a tank you don't need that silicone piece.

Ditto if carto is used in a tank the plastic piece is tossed. Probably came off carto installed in tank, so vendor sent it in case you wanted it.

Back in the day, which was, oh, maybe a little over a year ago or so, they told you to stick this in between the top of the carto and the drip tip to prevent flooding. It did jack squat. Like the other posters suggested, toss it. It's useless.

Back in the days thats how we sealed our unpunched cartos after we dripped 0.9ml into them for use on cig-a-like 510 batteries. All Boge and SmokTech cartos still come with one. I like to save them in giant plastic bags for no good reason what so ever
