On December 16th 2013 I placed an order for 2 -18650 batteries, 1-kayfun Lite atomizer and a Nemesis clone mechanical mod. On 23 December I received the shipment and found that the atomizer was not in the package and a short extension tube for the mod was missing. There was no packing slip in the package and the package was not damaged or visibly opened. I have retained the shipping material and other than inspecting the mod., I have not used it.

I contacted Vapor Royalty via email on December 23rd and described the missing items and also posted a request with Paypal requesting refund or RMA to return the mod with the missing part and a refund for the missing atomizer. On Dec. 26, 2013 I was informed by Paypal that a reply to my complaint had been posted. Vapor Royalty had declined my request for refund and asked that I describe the missing items. I replied to the request the same day. After not receiving any reply to my description of the missing items, I sent another email on Jan 1, 2014 asking for a status on the problem. I have not received any form of reply to any of my emails to Vapor Royalty. As of today (January 8, 2014) I have never received any reply to my emails, none of the missing items, and no refund for the missing items.

I cannot recommend purchasing items from Vapor Royalty due to their lack of communication and the fact that they did not include any form of packing slip to verify what had been included in the sent package. I do not want other members of the ecig community to experience problems as I have.​
