vape vendor?

I was with my mom the other day and we were talking about her business and how she buys scrapbook supplies wholesale and sells them on web. so i asked her how to become a vendor and what its all about, and after she explained it to me i thought maybe i could start selling vape supplies and start my own business. and i know it sounds a little far fetched for someone of my age and education but it really sounds like it would be a lot of fun, plus i could use the money ive been trying to find work for months to no avail. so i wanted to get some of your input maybe some of you already have a business and maybe you could point me in the right direction or give me a few tips, idk i just feel like vaping is still somewhat in its early years so if i start know i might have something good going in the future. :)

well, like any business you need a business plan. You need to define your purpose, and figure out ways to differentiate yourself from your competition. You'll need to find products and suppliers, buy webhosting and a domain name, define your target market, come up with a marketing strategy etc. You might also want to become active in your local community, maybe setup/help with setting up vape-meets and the like. Age and education have little to do with success, determination and a positive attitude will get you much farther in small business (in before MBAs start flaming me). Don't expect to start making money right out of the gates, as most small businesses will operate at a loss for the first while, if they succeed at all. Best of luck to you sir!
