only had two orders that took more than a week to arrive.
provari (they were waiting on a shipment of parts themselves, they made me aware of this)
and steamboy storm rider atomizer (it's coming from czech republic so it's expected.

a week without even processing my order is simply unacceptable in today's world.

I agree. I would never do business with that vendor again if the product was in stock. If it wasn't in stock, they should have told you so. There are so many great vendors to do business with.
