Just was wondering and haven't been able to find much of anything on it research wise.

I have been off analogs for years, but used snuff for that time, heavily. Most every comparison I see is analogs to vape.

Is there anything on going from smokeless tobacco only to vaping? Research wise?

Welcome.
Research seems to indicate both methods are much less harmful than smoking. Pick your poison.

Are you vaping to quit smokeless tobacco? Vape until you feel satisfied. Nicotine is a self titrating drug. You will know when you have had enough.

Have fun

I don't have my notes with me to give good links, but my understanding is that safer vaping (lower voltages, limited-to-no flavorings and definitely not organic ones) is probably better for anyone who doesn't have compromised pulmonary (lung) function. Rolygate has a good writeup on the site, but not sure if he has links in it.

I recently finished my last can of dip (Grizz Green) about two weeks ago after I found that vaping 18 mg juice satisfied my nic cravings. I've been a vaper since this past May, but it wasn't until I got into the 18 mg juice that I got the idea that I could quit the dip. Granted, I still use snus for the time being and I only put 1 dip in most days when I dipped, but vaping has made it easy for me to quit the dip! Good luck to you! :)

I was dipping 2-3 cans a day since I was 16 of Copenhagen Long Cut and Mint when I was able to get my hands on it. I have 2 cans of unopened Copenhagen mint in my drawer still. The day after I started vaping back in March I haven't touched the stuff. I rolled my own cigarettes as well, but dip was my main priority for 6 years.

Kurr, good to see I'm not the only ex-dipper on here. I went from a can or more a day of Grizzly Wintergreen to vaping about a year ago and I couldn't be happier. No more worrying about the spit, no more smelling 6 month old spitters you found under the back seat of your truck when you're desperate to spit in something, no more worn out back pockets, no more .... taste in my mouth, better oral hygiene, my girlfriend doesn't hate it, and if you can keep from splurging on new .... all the time (which I can't), it's a lot cheaper. Also, now I can get a nicotine fix in without taking 30 minutes. Good luck!
