I sense fear in the silence. I was hoping for some words of wisdom. High profile companies like vape Wild tend to draw the attention of The Regulators. If said high profile companies are now looking to use DIY as a marketing scheme to keep introducing new product under the "unfinished" umbrella, this could result in further tightening of the regulatory screws that could have adverse effects on DIY as we know it.

Maybe I'm just paranoid. What thinks you all?

They were released on August 8th. Last time I ordered from Vape Wild was way back in Dec. '15 when I shifted to DIY, but I have browsed the site regularly and saw no unfinished product there other than unflavored VG until recently. According to their email, what they do is send their discontinued flavors to their DIY section as extracts. It's a cool idea, I like it. But it's also confusing. There are new flavors on that page since Aug 8th. It appears their end goal is to keep releasing new flavors as unfinished products. Again, great idea, but I don't see it as a long term solution to regs. Amendments will be created to regulate this form of sales as well. That could have adverse effects on DIY as we know it now.

Again, perhaps I'm paranoid. I'm also a little personally miffed. DIY is a sacred institution to me. A lot of hard work involved to get where I am with it now. I don't want to see it become a mass market institution like finished eliquid is.

Just thought I'd throw it up to get more opinions. Maybe it's nothing.

So, they call it "the vault". Apparently it's a way to rotate flavors like seasonal "Pumpkin Spice Latte", without actually discontinuing it.
I see no problem with it. I believe it to be a good idea.
People who DIY (myself included) now have more options/flavors to choose from.

I wish they would sell their Tiramisu as a DIY, as I really like that one, but I don't buy pre made liquids anymore.
I think you're right. I just hope it doesn't get too "big".

You have to wonder if 100mg nic base will still be available in a couple of years. Most flavorings aren't made from tobacco plants (unless they are NET products), so I don't see a problem with them. Synthetic nic might be the only nic that makes it through the deeming regs. Technically, it's not a tobacco product.

Still working on a good Tiramisu clone! It's a tough one :/
