I was one of the biggest skeptics of this thread a few short months ago. I thought, "Bah! Bunch of fanboys pumping up their juices like dirty brokers pumping up the stock market!." (Yes, I say things like Bah!) Well lo and behold vape Wild has taken front row on my juice shelf and pretty much all my other juices now have the cheap seats towards the back. My wallet is also a lot heavier lately so now i'm needing a chiropracter for my crooked back. So, I'm sorry to have ever doubted you Vape Wilders (or whatever you call yourselves) and just want to say thank you.

But seriously, Sweet Complexity, RY4Life and Fruit Hoops form the holy trinity for me. RY4Life needs 2 or 3 weeks but it turns into something special at that point. Fruit Hoops OOB for me, and Sweet Complexity good after 1 week. Great stuff.

Bikenstein:

I've been steeping my sample of PBC for 2 weeks and just tried it. It's nice and dark, smells fantastic, and PBCs are one of my fav candy; so I should love it. But I'm not getting very much flavor at all, and I got a flav shot because all my stuff is high VG 80%.

Since you love this flav, what do you find to be the best steep time in your opinion?
36 days 11 hrs. and 28 minutes. :) I don't really know what's best. I have a hard time keepin it very long. I think I like it best in 50/50 after 4 weeks. I like the chocolate in it but it doesn't seem to go well following other juices in a tank without replacing a coil head or wick. Max VG will take longer to steep than the 50/50. I don't know about adding a flavor shot. In my diy experience, once I got the flavor right, if I added more it would often dull the flavor or otherwise ruin my results. That's why I never order flavor boosts with any juice. YMMV.

I'm not getting much either from PBC after almost 4 weeks steep, mine is max PG (No flavor shot) and was pretty soapy tasting a couple days after I got it, it smells good but it just ain't there in taste.

I'm not dripping or sub ohming, just my iStick and Nautilus Mini or GS Air Tank, usually between 10 and 12 watts.

I'm curious about Bikenstein's steep time as well.
I like it fresh and better steeped 4 weeks and in between. I always put it in a fresh tank or use a clean build in a dripper. I'm goin to devote a tank specifically for it alone.:)

Glad you like it. I remember your "fanboy" post. :) I know what you mean about some overstating their juice. Different strokes

My wife has tanks more than a year old. She has always used the same flavor in them and nothing else. They perform like new. Only one has recently had the original coil replaced due to getting burned by her istick 20. This proves to me that devoting an atty (especially a tank) with your ADV will give you the best flavor and performance instead of fiddling with different flavors and taking an atty apart to clean and replace coils, change O-rings, wicks, ridding gunk, cross flavoring etc.
I am going to "season" a tank with PBC and another one with Tiramisu. :)

Interesting. Sound reasoning too, I have quite a bit of Tiramisu, dedicating a tank to it alone is an easy choice. :)

I will be trying a few of my staple flavors next go around with no flavor boost to experiment with that. My thinking was that since high VG is known for less overall flavor than higher PG juice I should opt for the boost. So far I've liked it, but yes I also have wondered if it would taste just as good or better without the boost!

Also I was getting flavor contamination from the previous juice in my tank, even though I rinsed the tank (not the coil) before adding the PBC. After about 20-30 hits the flavors came out in PBC much more. But I still really only get PB, and very little, if any, chocolate taste.

OFF TO THE STEEP DUNGEON IT GOES! LOL!

PS - I have a tank devoted to my VW fav (OCC) and the coil has been going strong now for 2 weeks!

If you add a flavor in a tank that has a wet wick from another tank, you essentially create a new flavor especially if you shake it. The flavor change may affect the flavor of the whole tank, not just until the first flavor diminishes from the wick. Depending on the flavor itself, it may carry over in a second or third refilling. This practice can also serve to mute flavors especially if a wick is getting gunky. Hot spots of unburned juice on coils can remain and ignite giving a bad taste to your juice or an off flavor. I always test flavors in a 510 bridgeless atty instead of a tank to get the purest flavor. You can even contaminate those if not cleaned between flavors.

edit: Off to Walmart, anybody need anything? :)

Yeah, mine smells good too. I haven't tried any other PBC juices, I love the candy though. I don't mind letting it sit and shaking it. A couple other popular juices don't do much for me yet either, Smurf Cake and Fruit Hoops haven't wowed me.

On another note, I noticed my order from Sat. is stuck on Pre Shipment info sent to USPS. I guess the weather is going to slow my order, this was on their FB page,

I wonder if the post office is shut down today and tomorrow as well.

I totally agree, but I was being lazy and didn't want to put another coil in. As you said earlier, if the flavors are close it makes little difference. But in this case I went from a strawberries and cream to PBC and it tasted weird for the first 20 or so pulls.

My RDA is all clean and re-wicked for another go of PBC later.

Thanks for your input!

Yay, yay, YAY I say! Got my order from VW yesterday and I'm as happy as a clam. I've tried all 5 flavors and they are all good, although two of them not my thing...the Get Your Jollies and Swedish Candy...those are for my son he really likes the candy flavors, and he's been vaping off and on for about a year. He said these two from VW are the best he's ever had. And the others I ordered are my favs now, I won't look further. Oh I imagine there are some other really good juices out there but why pay those exorbitant prices? Ballistic charges $24 w shipping for 30 ml. Huh-uh nope nada ain't happening not at this juncture.

Black hole?

The post office in Coppell, Texas offers a free steeping service at random. They will sit on your juice an extra three days or so to make sure it gets to your door almost ready to vape. Other times, they are lightning fast. They also like to give you surprise packages by not scanning it out of their post office so you have no idea where your juice is until the postman shows up at your door.

How reliable is their 2-3 day shipping then since I've heard about this black hole sounds iffy.
Thanks

I have experienced 4-5 days tops on my shipping to So Cal. They get them out fast at VW! I ordered another box of samples and some tobacco flavs for the wife. They arrived today!

Black hole?

The "black hole" is in Coppell, TX... many times they don't scan at that PO, so it looks like the package is lost, but it isn't... thus the black hole moniker!

Just got my sample pack. Never had any other juice but a couple of different flavors from my local store. Decided to start out with Blubacco in the Atlantis first. I love it. IIRC, this order was all 65/35 and the flavor is still strong. Seems to wick very well and makes huge clouds at 30 watts. So glad I went with 3mg for most of these because I'm going to be hitting this all night! :vapor:

My 2-3-15 PBB is very flavorful and it's max VG. The freckled lemonade from the same order is max VG and has a flavor boost. I like it so much I have a 120ml bottle being delivered today. I'm honestly so happy with my entire VW stock of juices.

How is the chocolate flavor in PBC?

I really like the Peanutbutter Banana flavor! It was awesome. I don't know how to describe the chocolate in the PBC but maybe cheap chocolate? It tastes a little weird to me but then again I haven't steeped it long at all.

Yeah, mine smells good too. I haven't tried any other PBC juices, I love the candy though. I don't mind letting it sit and shaking it. A couple other popular juices don't do much for me yet either, Smurf Cake and Fruit Hoops haven't wowed me.

I tried ecblends and lucky 7s before they went under. Both tasted like a reeses. Vape Wild doesn't to me though. That's ok though! Out of the 10 that I have gotten from Vape Wild, that is the only one that I don't really really like even though I want to :(
