Well, they've mislabeled before. Someone prior in the thread had a mixed up Peanut Butter Bananza/Peanut Butter Cup bottle. Chalk it up to growing pains, and send them the captioned pics in e-mail. I'm pretty sure you'll get replacements and come out ahead on juice.

So far, they've been 39 for 39 with me. I'm starting to look forward to one of these "accidents."

Mislabeled is possible. However, the VG/PG and Nic were marked correctly.
They were obviously mixed differently.
I have reordered 4 juices. Reds and Turkish appear similar. So that's 2/4 for me on re-orders.

All I can say it that in both photos the used (1st order) bottles looked darker, which normally happens with steeping and oxidation of the nicotine. Maybe the taste difference is all due to steeping time.

Or contact VW... they seem very responsive to customers needs. They sent me a new bottle of tiramisu I thought tasted funny FOC just because I told them I didn't like it.

It definitely is not a steeping issue, but is a mixing issue.
They haven't changed in appearance from when I received them.
None of the 40+ VW juices I have purchased have changed colors.
The difference in the 'same' juices is vastly different.
Appearance, smell, taste and vape. All 4 traits are different.
My conclusion is they were obviously mixed differently.

Agreed...I think javamon said he uses his teeth to get the spouts off. I'll do that next time!

Ok...just tried Sweet Complexity after a month long steep. HOLY COW. I LOVE this flavor. I also just finished a chat with Seema. I noticed that one of the bottles I ordered (sample size) of Cha-Cha-Chai is SUPER cloudy. I uncapped it and let it breathe last night and did some shaking this morning. All other bottles (9 of them) and all previous bottles (8 of them) of the other varying flavors remained crystal clear after shaking. There were some tiny air bubbles, but no cloudiness. For some reason, this bottle turned muddled. When I asked Seema, she indicated that it was due to some of the sugared flavor components, but she did ask me to send a picture to them so they could make sure there was nothing wrong with the bottle. Regardless of any of this, I'm really happy with the way VW handles customer service. It makes me keep returning to them. Oh...and BTW - has anyone else had the Chai flavor cloud up on them??

My Chai flavor came cloudy and stayed that way even after shaking. The only issue with changing after shaking was the Black Jelly Bean.

As for my Chai, its way too diluted in flavor for me to enjoy it with higher notes of ginger than chai, but worst of all it was a complete coil wrecker. I only used about 3 mLs of the 10 and have no intention of using any more of it.

Thanks Rachel. Good to know the cloudiness is normal, so to speak. I heard back from VW. They said it's vapeable but they credited my account for the price of the bottle anyway. These guys are amazing. For me, their customer service has been off the charts.

I've had my bottle of OCC sitting in the box since the 24th. Took it out and removed the cap every now and then during that time. Shook it up , too. It still tastes like plain old cake to me. So does Smurf Cake. Not that it's bad, it tastes pretty good but I think I'm not able to get everything out of these more complex flavors. This is in Aspire ETS tanks with new heads, which are the best I've tried so far for flavor. Maybe I vape too much or my taste buds are still shot from decades of smoking.

Hopefully my big bottle of I'm On A Roll will be here tomorrow!

Just a final note on the subject:

The 'same' juices I received where not the same juices.
They were mixed differently.
As in I ordered 'orange juice' but received 'apple juice'

If I were to go into a store and buy milk, only to open the carton
and see it was chocolate milk, I would be very annoyed.

If I were to be changing the oil in my car and ordered 10W-40,
but the containers actually contained WD-40, I would be angry.

When I receive multiple orders of chemicals and nicotine that I will inhale,
and they don't contain what I ordered, there is a serious QC issue.
For me it goes beyond annoyed and angry and enters scary.

In a way, I guess I should thank VW for getting me to go 'all in' with DIY.

I hope the best for VW customers, but you might keep an eye out for these issues.

My order finally came in yesterday . They are actually pretty good to their customers cause on their site it says you have to spend $15 or something like that to get free juice but I only bought 3 juices and they gave me 2 free bottles. Got Blubacco, Sub Zero, Stars & Stripes, Banchee and Smurf Cake, not bad for just 12 dollars just hated the weather on delaying my package. Can't wait to try them out and order some more. Why are their bottles so hard though? It's kind of hard to squeeze the juice out lol.
