I got 50, 65, & 80% VG, both with and without a flavor shot. Will steep for 2-3 weeks and begin my eval! 1st I will compare shot/no shot in the same VG/PG ratio, then I'll compare the VG/PG ratio I prefer. This should be interesting!

I found the RY4 had a very bad smell when it arrived fresh. Kind of musty and funky. Tried it anyway. Big mistake. The smell hasn't improved much in the last couple of weeks. It was a sample so I'm not out anything.

It could be me and my equipment but VW RY4 was the worst juice I've ever vaped. I threw the juice and the head away. It was the one out of the bunch that I had my hopes up for, too. Used a new head for it and had to trash it. Terrible.

If steeping can overcome that and make into something vapeable, then it's a miracle.

Sure did enjoy my IOAR last night though. I have to give VW credit for that.

I don't know maybe something was already wrong with your head. I had to steep Apollo RY4 that was plain nasty for over 6 weeks before it became vapable. It still had a little bitter off taste. I lost my IOAR. I didn't like the Cinnamon Roll so I pif'd it. But I'm not a cinnamon fan anyway.

It's strong, isn't it? I was surprised how much I liked it.

It is stronger than I expected but it's good. They also included a 3mg nic bottle of Smurf Cake that I cracked open a couple days ago to get a little taste of it. It was fantastic but I actually wish it had more of this blueberry flavor. I got mostly the cake flavor from it but it was still awesome.

My smurf cake is more flavorful today than it was 2 weeks ago. I havent actually steeped it in the way that they said to because I kept getting it back out of the box to drip it. Good stuff.

I have been eagerly awaiting this experiment. You sure you don't want to do a preliminary run?

It's been 2 weeks since I received my first VW order. Question: Does it still count as steeping if I haven't managed to keep them all closed up and put away in the box for 2 weeks? Most of them I left alone. The ones I really liked pretty much lived in a small pouch in my purse and are more than half empty today. The ones I wasnt crazy about at my initial taste, I'm still not crazy about; and the ones I didn't like, I still dont like. On Cloud Custard has amazing reviews on VW because it IS amazing. I also really like Vanilla Clouds and Smurf Cake. Strawberries & Cream is pretty good after letting it breathe for a few days while it was steeping. No more chemical taste. Cinnamon Roll and Circus Bear have become far more balanced and I rescind my original statements about them. Grape Gatsby and So Berry Good just don't do it for me personally. Tigers Blood and Fruit Hoops are likely going in the trash. I really, really, really dislike them.

No, simply because as good as both are out of the box they both benefit from steeping! Two-three weeks also gives me time to pick up another subtank mini. Then I can compare the flavors head to head in an RBA and I'll have 2 atlantis and 2 subtank minis!

My order came a little after a week and all but two really need steeping but really one tasted ok but a little harsh. I ordered 3 and they gave me 2 free ones so out of the 5 two need it. I think your order should be good to go after 2 weeks, damn though 2 weeks? I barely got through a week waiting for mine lol.

SubZero is my cure for the vaper's tongue that crops up from time to time. Perfect menthol

There is no exact way to steep juice. It will steep/meld/age whatever anyway regardless of what you do. Sunlight and heat will prematurely darken most juices and can make a change in the taste of nicotine and some other flavors. The only thing you can do is maybe speed up the process or damage your juice by over exposure to sunlight or heat.

Recently got a sampler order in with C-Love, Dragon Juice, Fruit Bomb and Grape Gatsby. C-Love is not very good fresh. Dragon Juice and Fruit Bomb were okay but both are very harsh. Grape Gatsby was the best of those fresh IMO.

I thought Grape Gatsby was very good OOB as well - nice grape with cranberry
