I've been camping out with these remaining new-to-me flavors from my 2nd order for most of this week, so it's finally time to write 'em up. This time I'll do a little heads-up comparing in the report.
THE KIT: Clone (Bou) iStick 30 @ 13W, Smoktech ADC II BDC tanks with 2.5 ohm factory coils
THE MIX: 50/50 12mg, steeped 4 weeks with regular burping and shaking, NO flavor boost
THE TASTING
Double Dutch Twister - I get the semisweet rich chocolate fudge up front, which seems to be the same flavor found in Marshmallow Choco Chunk (and as background in Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate Bob). The white chocolate "twist" manifests as a mild cocoa butter flavor, more of a feeling really, and you have to be looking to detect it. It's a good vape, and pairs well with a cup of coffee. In fact, all of these flavors go well with coffee.
Bavarian Dream vs. Sweet & Creamy - The BD is a mildly sweet cream-jelly with a healthy touch of vanilla, and it's a very nice standalone vape. The Sw&Cr has a much stronger heavy-cream flavor and a bit more sweetness; I think it would be a better mixer than a solo act, but it's not bad by itself either.
Banchee vs. Smurf Cake - Both winners! They're very similar: predominating graham with prominent sweet creamy cheesecake, and both have the banana/blueberry toppings as a background accent, yet clearly detectable. I'm not a big fan of cheesecake vapes but I enjoy these immensely, so much that I'm putting the regular Cheesecake (mix potential?) and the Raspberry/Strawberry variants on my list. Three cheers!
---------------
Well, that wraps my tryouts for order #2, with lots to like, a couple new favorites, and nothing too bad to handle. Even the Peachy Keen seemed to improve while sitting in the tank, not quite achieving reorder status, but with the candy peach receding and the creamy flavor blooming a bit. Over time, I'll be moving these flavors into my upgrade tanks (Nautilus Mini @16W, Kanger ST Nano @ 24W+) and I may have more to say when I do. I've also had some mix inspirations that may be worthy of further commentary, too!
