I wanted to pop in here and talk about a positive experience I had with Vape Wild customer service over the last two days.
I've been ordering from them for several months, but my latest order was very harsh on the throat, even after nearly a month of steeping. These are flavors and ratios I've vaped from them since the beginning (Max VG, 3MG nic, no flavor boost), so I finally reached out to them yesterday for some help. They asked me the standard steeping and usage questions before offering to rerun the order or credit back the entire amount to my account. This was very appreciated, and I look forward to reordering.
If they hadn't been able to offer help or replacement, I most likely would have taken my business elsewhere. There are too many good companies online to waste time with companies that are unresponsive or unhelpful. Vape Wild has kept my business with good pricing and great service.
