Hi, I know this has probably been covered already, but for the life of me I can't find the thread.. I want to get one of these but I'm not sure which is which or from what vendor. I thought TPA carried one of them, but I can't find it on their web site. That is what 99% of my flavors are. From my understanding they can really help a recipe sometimes.. Also I seem to remember some kind of bitter something?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much
