Briefly describe your problem or issueI ordered a Umax kit from vapedudes.com on december 5th 2012.. The kit was D.O.A I called and e-mailed them for three days before I finally got an answer. They told me to send it back and they'd replace it but they didn't have anymore and offered me a lavadude. I said ok paid almost ten bucks to send it back they e-mailed me that they recieved it and that they were switching suppliers and there would be a bit of a wait I said ok that's fine. I e-mailed them once a week for any updates and they kept telling me they didn't get any in yet but they were going to "hook me up" and that was on february 20th 2013. After waiting weeks with no response to my attempts to contact them I finally had enough and just asked for a refund on march 17 2013 since the site says they will refund in full and I was nice and not ignorant at all when I asked. After the e-mail asking for a refund I get absolutely no response by phone or e-mail or anything absolutely nothing. It just doesn't seem right that they've made no attempt to make this right or respond to any of my e-mails after all this time especially since jennifer was giving me updates when I contacted her weekly before I asked for the refund. I also saved every e-mail from me and from her if more detail is needed.
